принудительная налоговая система.
Практика, применяемая в ряде стран (в основном европейских) , где размеры налога с доходов корпораций рассчитываются государственными органами. В отличие от системы, принятой в США, где компании и фирмы самостоятельно готовят отчетность по доходам и рассчитывают сумму подлежащего выплате налога (tax) (которые затем подлежат проверке государственными службами), принудительная налоговая система предполагает участие государственных чиновников на этапе подготовки отчетности по доходам.
